Terms of Sale and Refunds

moodsandbeats.com is operated by Fungibility LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in St. Augustine, Florida ("we", "us"). These terms cover buying music packs on this site. How you may use the music is set out in the License Terms, which come with every pack as a PDF.

What you are buying

Each pack is a digital download: one zip file containing the tracks listed on the site as 320kbps MP3 files, plus your license agreement (PDF). Nothing is shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars on the site and are charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and are never seen or stored by us. The charge appears on your statement as MOODSBEATS.

Delivery

Your download opens in your browser as soon as payment is confirmed, and we email the link to the address you enter at checkout. Each download link works for 72 hours and up to 3 downloads, so save the zip somewhere safe. If a link expires before you get your files, write to us and we will send a fresh one.

Refunds

Because packs are digital downloads, refunds are not available once the download link has been accessed. Please listen to the full-length samples on the homepage and try the free sample pack before buying.

If you were charged but could not download your pack, or you were charged twice for the same pack, email us and we will fix it or refund you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are resolved in the courts of St. Johns County, Florida. See also our Privacy Policy.
