moodsandbeats.com is operated by Fungibility LLC, St. Augustine, Florida. This page explains what we collect and why. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

When you buy a pack

Stripe processes your payment and collects your card details and email on its own checkout page, under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive your email address, what you bought, the amount and the time of purchase. We never receive your full card number. We use this to deliver your download, send your receipt email and help you if something goes wrong.

When you get the free sample pack

We store your email address to send the download link, and we may email you when a new pack is available. Reply to any of our emails to be removed.

Analytics

Public pages use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies in your browser. Receipt and download pages do not load analytics.

• Resend: sending download and receipt emails
• Cloudflare R2: storing the music files you download
• Vercel and Turso: hosting this site and keeping order and download records
• Google Analytics: visit statistics on public pages

Your choices
