License Terms

This license agreement ("License") is between Fungibility LLC ("Licensor") and you ("Licensee"). By purchasing and downloading any music pack from moodsandbeats.com, you agree to the following terms.

What You Can Do

You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the purchased audio files ("Tracks") in any project, including but not limited to: YouTube videos, Twitch streams, podcasts, TikTok content, Instagram Reels, advertisements, mobile apps, video games, corporate presentations, wedding videos, and any other audio-visual work.

You may use the Tracks in an unlimited number of projects. You may use the Tracks in commercial and monetized content. No attribution or credit is required, though it is appreciated.

What You Cannot Do

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the raw audio files. You may not claim authorship of the Tracks themselves. You may not upload the Tracks to any music distribution service (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) as a standalone release. You may not use the Tracks in a competing music library or licensing service.

Copyright and Content ID

Licensor does not register Tracks with any content identification system (YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, etc.). You will not receive copyright claims from us. If you receive a claim from a third party, contact us and we will assist in resolving it.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available once the download link has been accessed. We encourage you to listen to all preview samples before purchasing.

Liability

The Tracks are provided "as is." Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Tracks. This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
